GoogleI recently bought my first flat and anticipated the process being quite stressful; however, this was not the case. Hannah has been excellent throughout; quick to respond, happy to answer any questions and explained everything clearly. I didn't want to miss out on the flat I wanted and, in my circumstances, I viewed the property, made the offer and it was accepted by the seller all on the same day.

GoogleHopeless If you ever wish to pay for a professional service, go ahead and use another estate agent in Edinburgh as there are plenty to choose from. I requested multiple times that my listing be shown on social media platforms (as was promised by Gillespie Macandrew) for more exposure. By the time they had finally gotten round to it, I had already found a buyer myself through word of mouth! The only input they had was erecting a “For Sale” sign which wrecked my doorframe. To be charged for “professional services” is laughable. On a lesser note, I had to constantly request updates which took weeks to come around, it was quicker to cut Gillespie Macandrew out and deal with the purchaser directly myself. What you pay for is NOT what you get. Good luck!

GoogleI am beyond satisfied with the experience I had, selling our property with Gillespie Macandrew. The property marketing team are so knowledgeable, communicative, efficient, and great at what they do. I would 100% recommend the team to anyone looking to sell a property. The whole process was seamless, and I was so impressed with how quickly everything occurred. From my initial meeting with Jen at the property, the surveyor and photographer came the following day, and the property was live on the market two days after that. The team were so amazing and efficient that our property was only on the market for less than 1 week before we accepted an offer. I could not have asked for a better experience in selling our property and cannot recommend Gillespie Macandrew highly enough.
