I was dealing with a deceased estate and found Blair trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable and extremely easy to contact and communicate with. He went above and beyond his duties as an estate agent, and I would absolutely recommend Blair and Curran & Co - thank you for your commitment and professionalism - you made a hard job so much easier than it might otherwise have been!

GoogleI couldn’t speak more highly of Blair at Curran & Co. He is truly exceptional at what he does and knows the industry inside out. Selling my property for the first time felt daunting, but Blair went above and beyond to make the entire process as stress-free and seamless as possible from start to finish. I now recommend him to everyone, and when the time comes to move again in the future, I wouldn’t consider using anyone other than Curran & Co!

GoogleCurran & Co were recommended to us by a neighbour and they did not disappoint. Blair was with us all the way from initial contact to point of sale and it really felt like a personal service. He listened to us throughout the marketing/viewing stage and we talked on a near daily basic. We felt had Blair a fantastic knowledge of the housing market, especially in the west of Edinburgh and this is the reason we chose Curran & Co to market our property in Murrayfield. Blair even looked after our property after we had moved out to go travelling prior to the completion date. If you want an individual service I would definitely recommend Blair and Curran & Co. GoogleBlair was so helpful to my Brother and I when we sold my Mum’s home which was vacant . It was difficult for us as neither of us live anywhere near Edinburgh , I live in England and my Brother in the USA, so he had to go over and above to assist us including arranging for the furniture to be removed. He was always on hand if I had any problems and secured the valuation price for us which we were happy to accept , having had lower offers previously. Would thoroughly recommend his personal approach to any other sellers . Not your typical estate agent, more of a friend who got the job done fairly quickly with expertise

GoogleIf I could give Curran and Co 10 stars then I would. I had the best possible experience with Blair at a time when everything felt pretty overwhelming. He made a stressful part of my life so much easier by being so hard working, efficient, professional and super knowledgeable. On top of this he was empathetic, thoughtful, kind and hugely generous with his time. He values having excellent one to one relationships with his clients and it really shows because he gets results! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for the best possible selling and/or buying experience.

FacebookWe decided to sell with Curran & Co as I liked the idea of dealing with one person from start to finish. We used one of the larger firms when selling our previous property but felt as though we were passed around, so having one point of contact was a huge selling point for us. Although initially hesitant about not being advertised in the ESPC, we saw a huge number of viewers come through the door and we achieved a sale price over value after a short time on the market, even though it was during December, which is testament to how much enthusiasm and hard work that both Blair and Lucy put into our sale. Blair was always so professional, patient, and knowledgeable and we trusted his advice. The solicitor, home report surveyor and mortgage advisor Blair works with are also fantastic and it was convenient to be able to do everything through Curran & Co. Any emails we sent were always answered promptly and we were given office and mobile numbers so we felt as though we could contact them with any queries as they arose. I would not hesitate to recommend Curran & Co to any family and friends looking to move and I will definitely use them again for any future house moves.

GoogleCurran and Co were, by far, the best estate agents we’ve ever used and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Blair is incredibly professional, hardworking and knowledgeable and was a huge support to us. His communications were excellent, keeping us updated at all times and seeming to be forever on call. GoogleCurran & Co came highly recommended by my parents when they sold their property earlier this year. From the first meeting with Blair we knew we had made the correct choice. This was our first time selling a property so we were in the dark about the process but Blair continually reassured us with any questions we had. Blair set up a WhatsApp chat to keep us up to date with everything going on which was really helpful. He was always a phone call away whenever we needed something. Blair was on the ball with booking viewings and didn’t overwhelm us with a large number on any given day. Blair managed to secure us a great offer on our house, we honestly can’t thank him enough for the service he provided.

GoogleBlair of Curran and Co Property was absolutely amazing from start to finish when selling my property. They were quick off the mark when we moved house 'backwards' by buying somewhere new before we were even on the market. Blair was able to get photos (which came out amazing!), home report and marketing literature/online adverts all sorted in about a week which was amazing. I was really impressed with the wealth of knowledge he had during the selling process, no question seemed daft to him and he was able to explain everything really clearly for me if I wasn't sure on something. To top it off our property was sold in under a week and way over value, what more could you want?! Could not recommend highly enough and would certainly use them again without a second thought.

I cannot thank Blair and Lucy enough for their high level of professionalism and the genuine care they have shown me whilst selling my property. Blair has been with me every step of the way from beginning to end, reassuring me when I had any questions or worries as a first-time seller. We had a tight deadline for selling our property which could be quite tricky, but Blair managed to get this sold in under two weeks which I was delighted with! GoogleI couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Blair and Lucy at Curran & Co. Selling your home is a personal and sometimes nerve wracking process but we felt supported throughout. We could always get hold of Blair to chat through our concerns, nothing was too much trouble and we were always kept updated. If you want a Estate Agent with integrity, who really takes time to get to know you and will work tirelessly to sell your property then look no further. No used car salesman vibes here! A small firm big on customer service and getting results. We sold in three weeks, say no more.

FacebookApologies for the delay on this, it has honestly been a mad time and never got a minute to stop for to focus on this haha! Anyway last February/March (2022), our Mortgage Advisor recommended Curran & Co to us for assisting with selling our first home and honestly it was the best choice we made! Both Blair and Lucy are absolutely fantastic and they helped/updated us at every stage, even gave us advice on stuff relating to our search of a new home. From the moment, Blair came into our home, we knew it would be a breeze and that he was all about the client. When our house went up on the market, they both went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease with people viewing our home as I was pregnant at the time and nervous with catching anything etc, however they went that extra step to advise people if they could wear a mask etc and I really appreciated that! We honestly can’t thank them enough for what they achieved last year selling our first home, they made the whole process easy and we would not hesitate to recommend Curran & Co to anyone.
