Never having written a review before but......I decided to sell our flat in Edinburgh and was referred to two large Estate Agents by friends etc but when I met them I felt that there was no real personal service. Sister recommended Cullerton's and immediately Stephen engaged and asked all the right questions. The sale went through very quickly in a flat market - not sure it even made it onto the usual sites before offers were made - he mentioned they had a contact list for flats as they came up. Stephen was always available and offered good insight and excellent service - will use him again for sure.

Cullertons sold my 3 bedroom property in December 2020. It was a difficult time of year to sell property, even in Edinburgh. I had tried to sell it previously through my solicitor without success. Cullertons were recommended to me by a friend who said they had been very impressed with them and they exceeded my expectations. The day after I contacted them Mark himself came to view my property. He was very friendly and reassuring and within a week I had a fabulous glossy brochure that showed the property to its best advantage, and it was back on the market. The first day alone, there were 7 requests for a viewing. Mark did all the viewings personally taking a huge pressure away from me, the seller. Mark kept me informed on a daily basis until the property sold a few weeks later. I cannot recommend Cullertons highly enough.
