Duncan kept in regular contact with myself and the buyers solicitors to ensure the sale progressed and completed in the deadline required. His fees were also very reason. GooglePurchasing residential property through Blackadder????
Think again......
I purchased 2 commercial property with this company and to be honest Fraser was pretty good.
I then used them to purchase a residential property and got the new girl.
So on the day of the missives concluding turns out that it was impossible to go through due to very major oversights on Blackadders behalf.
So after alot of groveling to the seller and a change to a competent residential solicitor firm I can confirm I did purchase the property with absolutely no thanks to Blackadders.
If you dont want to lose out on your property do not use this firm!

GoogleI have no doubt this is a criminal outfit. They keep adding variations of their name to counteract bad reviews. My legally disabled sister died in a flat with Blackadders controlling her finances. We uncovered a long history of withholding funds and criminal neglect. Unfortunately due to the British war-cry of "there's nothing we can do" we can't touch them...yet....Their regulators are not interested in doing anything. Justice will come one way or another. If you don't believe me, check out a complaint by another disabled lady (Norma) on of the review threads. What are the chances that 2 disabled people, 1 now dead, are complaining about neglect and withholding of their funds?

GoogleBlackadders represented the buyers of our flat. They didn't release funds until 4:30pm on a Friday (despite saying they had them at 9am) which left our movers, my 37 week pregnant partner and I wandering the streets of Edinburgh for 5 hours, essentially homeless as we couldn't complete the chain. Absolutely appalling firm, stay well away from anything they're affiliated with.
