I can't recommend Ativa Property highly enough. Fiona who owns and takes personal care of each client is very professional and knowledgeable. We were selling a period property in Edinburgh and wanted to work with someone who cared and appreciated this type of building. Fiona made the selling easy and took away stresses which naturally come when selling any property. She was always on hand to answer questions and liaised with the buyer and us which we needed during periods when the buyer's lawyer was being slow. It is definitely worth having a first rate Estate Agent. Fiona knows the property market very well and we had offers for our property within a week of going up for sale. I'm in no doubt that this was due to Fiona's selling approach.

We were selling our flat which was in a listed building and overlooking Holyrood Park and Salisbury Crags. The service and help which we got from Fiona at Ativa Property was first class. The advice we were given was always dependable and the arrangements for surveying, photographing, viewings etc all seemed to happen seamlessly, efficiently and professionally. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for Fiona. The fees were reasonable and the property was sold in a very satisfactory timescale.
