GoogleMeridian have been assisting me with my property portfolio for a number of years and they have always delivered a five star service (which is befitting of the rating I have given them). They show incredible professionalism and are helpful from the beginning to the end (whether I am letting out or selling). They have an in depth knowledge of the local property market and this really comes across in your dealings with them.
Additionally, they really care about their community and are a generous supporter of grassroots and amatuer football in Birmingham.

GoogleI would highly recommend this estate agency. I was found an excellent, clean property which met all the needs for me and my family. All administration was dealt with efficiently and professionally. I have tried several agents in the area none of which have the standard and volume of properties which Meridian have on their books. I am very happy with the service.

GoogleWorst estate agents in the world left me without heating for a week which is illegal by the way no longer answering my calls or emails but will chase me for rent if its 1 second late. Do not use! Theyve been sued before.
