GoogleI and my fellow executor of a dear late friend's estate, requested Fraser to sell a property in Edenbridge. This he has done, very efficiently and with good professional and friendly advice when we needed it, which was most of the time! Thank you Fraser and to all at EDEN Lettings & Sales. You are a brilliant team who know the property market so well. We wish we had another house that you could sell for us!

GoogleExcellent company. Mr Nisar is always helpful and tries to find a solution to any problem arising with my tenanted property. Not only do Eden Lettings and Sales provide peace of mind to landlords, but they also assist the tenants that are seeking new accomodation. Highly recommended.

GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Fraser at Eden Lettings as he went above and beyond for us and I truly believe it it wasnt for him we would have lost the bungalow Mum is now living in. He was always at the end of the phone or an email if we needed to talk to him and kept us informed of everything as soon as it happened.

FacebookI would happily recommend Eden Lettings, they were very helpful over a long and drawn out sale which ended up being nearly 18 months from beginning to end ( not Eden Lettings fault!) their professionalism was really appreciated.

GoogleMade an enquiry about a property by leaving phone message asking for call back and filled in on line form. Still waiting for acknowledgement. Downright ignorant I call it! Bet this doesn't get posted!
