GoogleThere are nicer ways to say that you need to be in a proceed-able position before we can take this further. I hope the woman sales advisor with red hair (she didn't introduce herself!) get acquainted with such nicer ways in the future, more for her own benefit really. We would have reserved today had she been more cooperative....
