GoogleWe recently bought a property through Pirie Homes. There were many hurdles along the way but both Jack and Ross were in regular communication with us. They answered queries quickly and arranged for us to revisit the property when asked or went themselves in order to get things moving. We have dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years both personally and professionally and would recommend Pirie Homes to future home buyers.

FacebookAbsolutely above and beyond service from Ross! We are the purchasers of a property with Pirie Homes and our Solicitor has been absolutely awful. Ross has spent countless hours chasing, emailing, calling and ensuring the exchange was completed. Ross has truly gone above and beyond for us and I really can't thank you enough for your help Ross. If it wasn't for Ross I doubt our Solicitor would've sorted this. Thank you so much! I wouldn't be looking anywhere else if I was to sell a property - I would choose Pirie Homes all the way and will be recommending this wonderful team to everybody I know.

GoogleWe just want to start by saying “Thank You” everyone one of you at Pirie Homes went above and beyond throughout the process of the sale of our house, we had a very low point before Christmas where the bottom of the chain pulled out but Pirie Homes assured us it will be ok and they will do their upmost to sell that property which they did within a couple of weeks so we were all moving forward again, their care and empathy every time we rung just shined through, they would answer all our questions and more. We would highly recommend anyone to use them either to sell or buy a property they have the personal touch that you would not get anywhere else, they have been fab! GoogleSold our house with Pirie homes! Wanted to say a huge thank you to Jack, Ross and Hayley for all the work in selling our home and helping us on every step of the journey. Jack initially came out to value our home at our request. We were at this stage not ready to move and were clear we were exploring options. It was so refreshing being privided with genuine advice instead of pushy sales techniques. When we were ready, we gave Jack the call and the house was on the market within a couple of days once the photos were taken. In the end after a few viewings, it was Hayley who sold our home. Her personal approach and passion for our home was like having a representation of ourselves in the house looking for the right fit. I can say having viewed a few houses with Pirie homes, the approach is soft sales, they are there to help and advise. Finally, we have sold / bought homes in the local area before with more established at the time estate agents. The one thing Pirie Homes does which elavates them above the rest is the support and relentless efforts of Ross. Working in the back ground chasing solicitors and keeping the continuious open line of communication ensuring all of the parties were fully aware of the where we all were in our individual process. This process was different to all other estate agents we had encountered and it is for this reason especially we would recommend Pirie Homes to anyone selling their home in the local area! GooglePirie homes have been amazing with helping me to sell my flat. They are good with communication with quick responses and were always contacting me with updates for reassurance. They are great for chasing things and helping to push things through. They all go above and beyond with helping. I've had experiences with other estate agents to be sometimes pushy but these guys listen to what you want and are always giving great advice, Thank you Hayley, Ross & Jack. Highly recommended!

At one point, Hayley even called her husband to give us a lift to view more properties that weren't within walking distance from the one we'd chosen to see! GoogleWe purchased a house through Pirie homes recently and couldn’t be happier with their service. All employees are nothing but helpful and friendly. We had 3 viewings of a property and never felt rushed when there. Jack was honest and open about the seller’s situation and supported us to purchase the house for the price we hoped for. Haley (think I’ve got her name right) always answered the phone with such a cheery manner. We had a few bumps in the road when exchanging and completing and Ross was brilliant at helping us push things forward, despite not selling our previous property through their company. We’d highly recommend choosing Pirie homes. The quality of service, time and care will be unmatched to other larger companies such as Sharman Quinney.

GoogleRoss and Jack were extremely professional, helpful and proactive in our house purchase. As FTBs we had questions and nerves that more experienced buyers do not, and Pirie Homes were accommodating and friendly every step of the way. We always felt like they were supportive of us and genuinely wanted to help. Ross was instrumental in chasing the final outstanding points and kept in constant contact with all solicitors in the chain to ensure everyone was informed about its status. Were we to sell our house in future we would love to use Pirie Homes again.

GoogleFollowing a 9 month wait on a property purchase with Thomas Morris that fell through, we were all but ready to give up on finding our new home, and If I am honest to end conversations with all estate agents. Then as if it was meant to be we saw a property advertised by Pirie Homes. Both Jack and Ross were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we were both blown away by the experience. Both Jack and Ross's communication throughout was fantastic, and they both worked phenomenally hard to push the sale through as quick as possible, supporting both us as buyers, and the sellers. Whilst we are now settled in our new home, and not looking to move anytime soon, If we were we would be using Pirie Homes without a doubt. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
