I've let my apartment with Beal's for 5 years now. I've always been very happy with their service and good communication. No problems at all except for a little hiccup in September with slow/lack of communication but feel sure they are back to their usual excellent service now.

Beals have managed my rental property for 2 years and I have found them to be professional and friendly. Maxine Faulkner in the maintenance department has been particularly helpful, always responding to emails quickly and sorting out any problems.
