We have just purchased house via Oakfield. Our main contact was Charlotte although the original viewing had been done by Heather. Both ladies have been very professional. As a first time buyers we have received lots of help from financial advisor Sue she was a godsend. Whole process took reasonable amount of time the only downside would be the fact that we would prefer more detailed explanation of each stage of mortgage process and terminology. Overall great service, Charlotte even came on her day off to let us into a property to show around to my mum who came visit from Czech Republic before purchase was completed. Thank you from happy customers James and Hana.
