Dear Peter, Thank you for taking the time to speak with me earlier today. As you understood and acknowledged in our call the buyer midway through the purchase reverted to a different investment strategy which was not permitted in the building this is not something that we have any control over. The process did go on for a long time and we consistently and persistently tried obtaining a response from legal representatives to no avail, they also had this enquiry with them for quite a period of time. Rising interest rates are something we cannot control and we certainly have and sympathise for the many people experiencing the same issues.
