Google5 stars from me! I had 2 other valuations from other agents. I chose fox and sons because Peter was brilliant as he Gave me a realistic valuation and he was very enthusiastic. After we went on the market steve was great in updating me on interest and feedback from viewings and within 2 weeks he sold my house asking price and helped me with the process of selling.

They were the worse letting agency that I have worked with, they don't report things from tenant to landlord and vice versa, they are just on the landlord side and not as a in between person to mediate, they don't do their work properly, are very unprofessional, avoid at all costs to work with this people, there are loads of letting agents to work with(Reviewed) One day after I posted this review, Fox & Sons decided to leave a review on google as I'm a tradesman and guess what, they rated me 1 star without having any contact with me in my area, just so you can see how unscrupulous and vengeful this people are, avoid! avoid! avoid! still haven't received my deposit after almost 2 months I left the house I rented through them

I made the mistake of going with Fox and Sons in May, and they turned out to be terrible. I dumped them and went with another estate agent. That would have been the end of it, and I wouldn't have left a bad review but... I specifically asked for them to remove my details from their system, and not receive any marketing. Low and behold, I started receiving marketing calls today. So, here's my review of them; Terrible photos, and I had to take my own high def' ones in the end, and even those, they managed to pixelate and screw up when they put them on the web. Even though I showed them round, they kept sending agents to viewings who hadn't been here before, and had no idea where anything was (a large sprawling property). They push all their own financial services and conveyancers, who are rubbish, and have numerous bad reviews on the internet. I had no idea who was in charge, or who I was dealing with from week to week, and they lied about their database of potential buyers. In any case, if I receive any more marketing calls from them I am reporting them to the police for harassment. Don't use them.

I made the mistake of calling to view a house with fox and sons. I then decided not to go ahead and have not stopped receiving calls or emails since. I have repeatedly asked to be taken off their contact lists and for them to delete my data from their records but to no avail

GoogleShockingly bad service. I would recommend to use any other estate agent apart from them. Firstly, they send Travis, who will go to the end of the Earth to get your listing by spending 2 hours if need be, giving an overpriced estimate to get your business then to later reduce it when it gets no interest. Try to charge you 2% fees+VAT at first, which a lot of people probably fall for if it's their first time. After viewings, they pretty much always failed to give feedback on them unless I called and wouldn't even text when a viewing was going to occur. They would just give one phone call and go ahead even if it wasn't answered. They would send someone from the office who knew absolutely nothing about the property to do viewings, who also wouldn't be able to answer prospective buyers' questions. This also occurred when we went to view properties being sold by them. Then, when our property finally did get an offer as we only listed with them because the property we were buying was with them also, consequently the other property we were supposed to buy had been bought by someone else. What a coincidence! They then wanted us to still sell our property while they looked for another property for us. What an absolute joke of a business and I will tell everyone I can to avoid them like the plague.

My property is for sale with another estate agent. Fox and Sons have my details as they were one of the agents I invited to make a valuation. I didn't mind them phoning a few months later asking if I would reconsider and use them. I politely declined and told them I would contact them if interested and under GDPR regulations remove my data from their records. They promised to do this but have phoned again. Is this a GDPR data breach? Probably..Will I use them after this latest call? No. Will I be rude and make a complaint about a data breach if they call again? Certainly. Pushy

Just bought our like first house through fox and sons of in Eastbourne. Moving down from Croydon foxes were very helpful in talking through areas and recommending properties and found us the perfect place. Steve was super helpful getting the offer accepted and Chris was brilliant in getting us the best mortgage.Wouldn’t have this house without these guys.Mr and Mrs Richards

GoogleAll helpful and very pleasant to deal with and guidance at the property when handing over the keys is a nice touch. However, too many instances of incorrect or contradictory information, having to chase information, not getting answers to questions and e-mails not being read properly, with one individual in particular unwilling to acknowledge or take responsibility for these failings when confronted with them.

Appalling service. I had an offer accepted on an apartment in early August and as of Sept 10 had still not heard from them. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. when I finally got one of them on the phone his reaction was the immortal words - well if you need to pull out then do that. If you are a buyer avoid them like the plague

Applied for an MIP with local firm thinking would get a more personal service. Tried back in early July and no response for a few days so decided service was not great! Wanted a responsive service. Then decided would have another go and sent salary slips as requested to the broker 19th July. No response at all to date! Now going to go to an online national service.
