GoogleI rented an apartment on the seafront from Chesters. The service, care and professionalism I've received has been just brilliant. Any (minor) concerns were dealt with promptly and I felt welcomed and considered. They are so professional in all their dealings that I would rate them the BEST real estate agents I have EVER dealt with. Congratulations, and my thanks to Tina, Debbie and all the crew at CHESTERS. Standing ovation here!

GoogleAs a landlord Chester's has been an excellent company to work with. Louise and her staff are professional, friendly and helpful. It is good to be able to rely on this company to ensure all our home needs are met and, too, our guests are taken care of when we are away. I therefore feel able to recommend Chester's, Eastbourne, as a good family run company for guests or landlords.

GoogleI have been using Chester's Letting Agency for the past 5 years as a landlord and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Their services are both professional and efficient. They respond to any issues immediately and continue to communicate with me if necessary. All the staff go above and beyond and are easy to build a great working relationship with. I recommend them to anyone wanted to rent their property out, either on a holiday let or long-term basis.

GoogleAs a novice landlord, Chesters have supported me with professional and helpful advice and assistance which has made our partnership an extremely positive one. Email requests and telephone calls are always responded to promptly and politely and nothing is deemed too much trouble. I am confident that my guests are treated equally as well and would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleThank you Chesters for finding us a furnished property so quickly,, it made this stressful time bearable whilst the insurance company dealt with the water damage caused to our property.
