GoogleI've lived in about five different properties over the seven years I've been in Brighton. I have had many experiences of estate agents just being out to get my money and not playing by the rules, but because demand is so high in Brighton it's often hard to question. Mehdi and Prominence been the exception: they have without doubt been the most helpful and conscientious. Mehdi has always been there to help when something has gone awry, even on bank holidays. He works extremely hard for the tenant and is good to recognise this.

GoogleGenuinely the best property agent I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Mehdi provides a very personal service and is always quick to respond to queries, often replying to e-mails within minutes. Any issues are resolved extremely quickly and nothing seems too much trouble. Definitely cares about his tenants whilst still ensuring owners interests are looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend Prominence Property and would happily use Mehdi's services again in the future.

GoogleThe Agents don't ever answer the phone. I am so happy I found a flat as this agency doesn't know anything about how references work. I would personally don't bother with them

GoogleJust spoke to an agent on the phone, the agent was extremely impatient and rude. We were inquiring about a viewing of a house, we weren't completely organised and suggest we were wasting their time. Trying to give them money, for basically listing a house on the internet and he was rude.

GoogleProminence Property have been great. They have helped me out of a tight spot, turning around a new rental property for me in a week or so. They were most helpful and I would recommend them. A small team it's still got a personal service. Thanks for all your help!

GoogleReally helpful agency. Sorted all of the issues or concerns rapidly and with a minimum of fuss. Considering the past problems i've had with landlords or other agencies these guys handled everything very smoothly. Would have no hesitation in recommending others to rent with them.

GoogleGreat agency and very different from other high street agencies, like how they try to keep all transparent and I am well impressed with their service. Would definitely recommend it as a tenant.
