TrustpilotEmailing me property listings without…
Emailing me property listings without me opting in for such a thing. Was also for random properties that could not be considered relevant to my interests. Also spamming me at midnight so my phone kept waking me up with notifications. Extremely poor behavour from an estate agent who wants my business

apart from the fact they cannot list inventory properly so you end up purchasing incorrect fixtures within a property when purchasing a house they also screw you over with money offered by vendors, stay clear of these people they are all about commission, Shocking

TrustpilotSlow & evasive
I felt the agents were not straightforward and were evasive, slow, patronising, and, I felt, on the verge passive aggressive. I’d advise people to check out this agent’s policies thoroughly and get them in writing if you have proceed with them. I would not recommend them at all.

TrustpilotNot the best
Not only were they slow to get us viewers, they recommended a solicitor who turned out to be the worst ever in our opinion. The photos they took of our house made it look like Toy Town.

TrustpilotAmazing fast to the point service
I had a grate professional Service from Leselie & Davyd they worked fast and and at some points over and beyond with out drop of service. The best part of my experience with renting out my house was the honesty i received from Leselie that I did not find with other agents

TrustpilotOverpriced liars
Overpriced liars. Giving false information at the point of sale, which includes lying about prospective buyers queuing at their door for the type of property through to how much the fees are by not clearly including the VAT in the price. Will never ever touch again and wouldn't recommend them on anyone.

I don't know why so many people are writing bad review. My experience with this company was brilliant because of Rob Jones, a mortgage advisor in Grays Branch. What a fantastic professional gentleman i came across with. Use him as for me he is the best broker i know so far.

Something has recent happened which is unfortunately a private matter so cant go into detail but the way WHB have behaved is utterly discusting. two faced and completely untrustworthy. dont waste your time on another bad review, just avoid! WHB take a look at yourselves.

If I could leave no stars I would have done. DO NOT use this letting agency. It's just mistake after mistake...and then they get personal. Rude and defensive. Tell lies to cover their mistakes and give false information. They seem to forget that we are paying their wage.

TrustpilotDon't ever rent from them
Don't ever rent from them. I rented 2 properties, hoping the second experience would be somewhat better. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from management. Always having to chase them for weeks when things go wrong. When lanlord refuses to put things right they simply do not care.

GoogleVery proactive & friendly. Managed to secure viewings which led to offers when the estate agent that I was dual advertising with and had been sole advertising with, months before joining WHBrown, had not yielded any offers. They work hard and it’s paid off. Very happy with their service!

TrustpilotAvoid Avoid Avoid
Trust me- just don't, cant go into specifics just yet as may be taking legal action against this bunch of questionable ethics cowboys, but lets just say I have experienced similar issues to other reviewers as well as a possible forging of a signature on a contract
