We bought our first home with Tudor in 2020. Abi, Reno and team were so professional from the first time I met them. The house purchase went through smoothly and they kept us informed with progress the whole time. We renovated and decided to sell in 2021, we chose tudor&co to sell our home, which they did quickly and again professionally, we also bought our new home through them. They worked so well with all parties, including solicitors, they were patient and answered so many queries from everyone. If we move again, I will not hesitate to contact them. We thank them very much for their professionalism and counsel during a stressful time of buying and selling a home!

Personally wouldn’t recommend. Booked a viewing for a property really keen on, was taken to a different property on the same road that was the same value but horrible. When I challenged the estate agent (Amanda) she wasn’t interested or apologetic and continued trying to upsell the property. It took 30 mins to travel there to be taken to a house I had zero interest in. I felt this was done on purpose as once I questioned why I was at wrong property she said that the other house wasn’t available yet (couldn’t confirm a viewing for this) I drove to the property myself afterwards and it had a sold sign outside!? So why book a viewing for a property that is sold to then take me to a different property on same road that didn’t have even half the potential. I was more shocked how unapologetic the estate agent was, no care that an hour of my day has been wasted. I wouldn’t view another property with Tudors again on this basis.

If it wasn't for Reno and his team we probably wouldn't be sitting in our new garden this summer. We considered going with one of the cheaper online estate agents, but if we had we wouldn't have got through this long conveyancing process. There were so many issues with our sale, so many problems along the way, but at each turn Reno was there to advise and move the sale forward. I would recommend if you have a leasehold property going with an established high street estate agent as they give that extra personal touch that is so needed.

A Long over due review. I have been an estate agent for over 10 years now so have a good sense of what to look for in an agency. A few years ago my mother in law was looking for a property in Molesey as she wanted to be closer to us and her grandchildren. Needless to say this was a really important move for her and it took time to find the right property. Tudor were excellent and patient and stood out from all of the other local independent agents we dealt with. They were knowledgeable and struck the right balance making what can often be a stressful process smooth and stress free. They were head and shoulders above the competition! Tudor & Co have completely restored our faith in Estate Agents! It was important to us to use a local agent with good knowledge of the area as we were buying and selling in Molesey. I never had to do one viewing myself with the team, and Scott in particular, taking care of every viewing for us. They were thoughtful enough to try and co-ordinate multiple viewings within a set timeframe so as not to inconvenience us despite the difficult market conditions following Brexit. Tudor & Co were sure to keep us fully informed at all times and managed to keep a constant steam of potential buyers coming through the door. Scott kept us calm during negotiations and the usual hiccups associated with buying and selling a home. We are so pleased with our new house and should we ever decide to move home in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use Tudor & Co again.

We sold our house through Tudor and Co in August . We were very nervous about moving as we had been in our for 21years and brought our family up and made great friends with fellow neighbours . Our previous experience with agents had been dreadful so we were quite guarded. The service offered from valuation to completion was second to none , Philip was transparent in all communication which was very reassuring and ensured that our sale went through as stress free as possible .
