Our experience with Matt, Mel and the rest of the team at Mayhews in East Grinstead was NEXT LEVEL! Our sale was unique in many ways and needed someone with knowledge in how to deal with cases like ours. We couldn't have asked for a better team to handle our sale. We were regularly updated on progress throughout the case and never felt disconnected from the sales team in any way. If you're thinking about selling, give them a chance. You won't regret it!

We recently sold our leasehold property in East Grinstead through Mayhews, and we are extremely grateful for the support we received during the whole transaction. From the beginning, the team handled the marketing professionally, secured a strong buyer quickly and kept the sale moving. Shannon Feeney deserves particular recognition. She was consistently responsive, proactive, calm and determined. When the solicitors were slow, unclear or failed to communicate properly, Shannon repeatedly contacted both sides, clarified what was actually outstanding and made sure everyone had the same information. She did much more than simply pass messages between the parties. She chased updates, identified where progress had stalled and helped keep the sale from losing momentum. We were living abroad for the entire sale, which made clear and dependable communication especially important. Her persistence made a real difference throughout the whole transaction and helped us reach exchange and completion despite unnecessary delays elsewhere in the process. She genuinely deserves a raise. We are incredibly relieved that the process is finally over and very grateful to Shannon for helping us get the sale successfully over the finish line. We would confidently recommend Mayhews East Grinstead, and especially Shannon, to anyone selling a property.

From the moment we contacted Mayhews to value our house, right up to the completion day, Matt and the team were brilliant. They answered all of our questions, kept in contact without being overwhelming and gave fair, honest advice. Each member of staff was patient with us and responded to our emails within a suitable time frame. The phone was always answered and Matt talked us through each step of the process. We would recommend Mayhews.

Aidan and his team were absolutely wonderful. I've had the pleasure of both buying and more recently selling with Mayhews and both times I've been more than happy. Aidan, Matt, Shannon, Mel and the rest of the team are very welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely care about your transaction. They have regular meetings internally so the team are all somewhat aware of all properties going through the business. We'll definitely use Mayhews again some time in the future if we sell again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again!

We worked with Aidan Clapinson at Mayhews Estates, East Grinstead for the sale of our house on St Michael's Road. From the initial valuation through to instruction and then to the agreed sale and completion, Aidan and his team provided an exceptional service. Aidan and the team worked tirelessly to find us the right buyer and when the sale was agreed, we felt well informed throughout the entire conveyancing process. We were delighted with the price achieved and would definitely recommend Aidan and Mayhews Estates if you are considering selling in East Grinstead.

We would just like to say a huge thank you to Mayhews East Grinstead. The lovely, MEL is brilliant! Mel helped us so much with our property search and we viewed so many beautiful properties thanks to her. Mel also put us on to the best independent mortgage advisor which has been a huge help and part of our journey the whole way. The team are so so helpful, kind, caring & considerate as sometimes we’ve had to bring our children to viewings or had to do a late afternoon / weekend appointments. We would highly recommend Mayhews to our family & friends. Thank you very much.

I recently had dealings with Mayhews with my sister in dealing with the sale of our parents bungalow. Mayhews were straight forward with what they could offer, but went the extra mile. What I mean by that is as the sale took longer they were encouraging, they revisited previous offers, and were very proactive in liasing with other organisations to get to completion. We dealt with Aidan who is an exceptional estate agent. If we ever used/recommended an estate agent in Mid Sussex, Mayhews is our go to/first port of call.
