Due to the buyers conveyancer the process took longer than expected.
However throughout the whole process Michael at Greenaway was on top of the process and was constantly pushing the the other side to get a move on. I cannot praise Michael and the team enough. At all times they were efficient and professional.

Although we ended up selling at slightly under asking price (largely due to the market), the process was good and relatively straightforward.
I'd 100% use them again although it would only be because of Michael. I also love the fact that they have a charitable arm and it swung my decision away from Mayhews.

Their diligent and relentless work with our buyers and solicitors ensured all parties received what they required every step of the way. It’s not often you see an estate agent open until 7pm each day and this gave us plenty of opportunity each evening to discuss the progress of our sale outside of work hours. There was nothing that was too much trouble for the team and at the final stages of the sale we were receiving daily updates from them.
