We were greatly disappointed as a potential buyer dealing with this estate agent. We had travelled some 60 miles and taken a ferry to the Isle of Wight to view a property in Newport. We had booked an appointment for 2pm. We arrived at 2:10pm. Without any courtesy call or email to chase on our whereabouts (we were delayed by the ferry - and the agent Laura knew we were on the mainland) I had to call her five times at which point she told me she left the property as she had another appointment.

TrustpilotAmazing service from Coast to Castle
Amazing service from Coast to Castle, Laura and Dave were fantastic from start to finish throughout our process.Laura provided really honest and valuable support throughout. Communication was excellent at all times, Laura went above and beyond to keep in touch, help us keep things moving along in the chain, offering reassurance and time through any difficult moments. It is clear how incredibly hard they work to help and support all their clients. We really did appreciate the professional but personal and friendly service. We would highly recommend to anyone and feel so pleased we chose them to sell our house. We wish them all the best and continued success with future business, we are very lucky to have such a quality and good value local service for our Island.

TrustpilotCoast to Castle are fantastic
Coast to Castle are fantastic. I was in a chain of 9 which was an absolute nightmare but Laura was absolutely brilliant, she chased up things almost every day and helped me so much. I was able to contact her whenever I wanted even if it was quite late at night and she was always ready to help. Laura and David are a lovely couple and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anybody, they are brilliant Estate Agents.
