Hi, first time dealing with Sam from MI Commercial. Glad we did. Called Sam, arranged a meet, he came on the dot. He listened, showed us around. He allowed my brother and I to ask as many questions as we had, and left us within the premisses for all the time we needed. We shook hands and said we would come back with an answer within two days. Not pushy, not aggressive, just a proper agent who deals sensitively with possible clients from all walks of life. Making him a great people's person in our view. We run a small biss over 10years visiting in the range of 200homes per anum. Have had to and have become ourselves very sensitive delaing with clients. Thank you Sam, thank you MI Commercial. Our landlord (we accepted and going through works as we write) should consider himself very fortunate to have had him act as his agent. Very highly recommend if you are looking for your next business premises and if you're letting or selling your premises. Healthy and good business doesn't just happen. Good people make it happen! These guys are hard to find, they're far and few in between. BIG THANK YOU!! We'll make you and our landlord very proud of his property.
