GoogleWe used BASE LETS all five years we were stationed in the UK. We were fortunate enough to live in one home the whole time and can 100% say our experience with BASE LETS was nothing less than extra extraordinary. If we ever had any issues We could reach out to them and they responded very quickly either via email or phone call. The maintenance people that helped us with any issues we had in the home were amazing and quick as well. If you waiting 2 hours for them to stop by you waited too long. When we finally out processed and moved, the experience was so easy. You hear a lot of horror stories from other companies, but BASE LETS is nothing like that they cared for us and they helped to make sure that we got what we deserved with our security deposit. If you can work with Miss Katie 10 out of 10 highly recommend she was perfect. Her customer service was amazing and she made sure to help our family right when we were leaving whenever we had any questions. If I ever am stationed back here I will use BASE LETS without any doubt.

GoogleMy wife and I have been with BaseLets Agency for almost as long as we’ve lived in this country, and they’ve been outstanding from day one. Any time we’ve needed support or maintenance, no matter how small, they’ve responded quickly and taken care of things right away. We’ve never had a single complaint about the service we’ve received. The office staff deserve special mention as well. They’re consistently kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured, just supported by people who clearly care about doing their jobs well. BaseLets has been nothing but reliable, considerate, and professional. I understand some folks have different experiences , but we highly recommend them.

The staff worked with me to resolve any questions or issues I had, and communication was timely and consistent throughout the entire tenancy. The property itself exceeded all my expectations. No surprises, no stress.

GoogleRented through them for just under 4 years. Water and heat went out back in January and stayed at the on base hotel for a couple of weeks. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for my stay by baselets. If you have even the slightest inconvenience with them, make sure to get the housing office involved.

GoogleAbsolutely the worst letting agency I have ever used. Honestly thier only appeal was the fact that they could pick us up from TLF. Other than that i regret using them. They seldom return phonecalls or emails when you require something from them. When our water heater went on the fritz it took over 3 weeks for them to resolve the situation, but when they need anything such as a property visit or a showing of the property ready yourself for a barrage of emails, phonecalls and texts. I can go on and on with the complaints i had with them. To my fellow servicemen do yourself a favor and shop around. If i wasnt so stubborn I would have listened to my co workers upon arrival.

GoogleThey are very military friendly and they help with getting everything set up and they have a ton of great house. Down fall is they are very busy all the time and some general customer service things don’t happen. I had a few minor issues at my house and I had to contact them multiple times to get it fixed.
