GoogleI have had 3 properties managed by Red Hot Property as they are absolutely brilliant at what they do. Whilst 2 are still rented they have just supported me with the sale of one of them where I achieved a price more than I expected. Zak is a credit to the firm with great communication skills and the willingness to deal with any issues quickly as and when they arise.

GoogleThe staff who came to see the property initially were very efficient and friendly. The photographs including the ‘walk around’ ones were well done, although we requested a couple of changes. The changes were made quickly and entirely to our satisfaction. They contacted us regularly with updates until we accepted an offer at which point they answered questions from both sides (outwith the legal stuff which was being handled by our solicitor). And they phoned to say congratulations and thank you when we completed the sale. They could not have been more helpful! A solid 10/10. 👍

GoogleThe agency are only interested in the landlord and not the tenant. Constant emails about basics such as working hot water and a flushing toilet, only to be faced with threats as you will be charged with the bill. They definitely took advantage of me as a mother without being able to pay the account myself. At one point I was electrocuted following the advice of the owner where water was pouring into a cupboard with electricity. The small mounted and outdated tv fell off the wall, luckily not on my children. Thank god for the tenancy deposit scheme. I got all my money back for the reasons they brought up after numerous viewings of which they were present. They are money grabbing people. Be Ware .

Also leave messages for someone to call me back about a property that I seen on Rightmove that I was interested in and never received a call back from the agency. What a joke of a way to run an estate agent 👎 …

GoogleIf you are autistic and/or suffer from poor mental health, I would strongly recommend you stay well clear of this company as they'll try pull the wool over your eyes. I sold my house through RHP and was told by their agents that the buyer was a cash buyer and had already sold their house (I have 2 emails confirming this). I also accepted a lower offer on my house as I thought there was no chain and it'd be a quick sale. To my surprise my solicitor informed me that I was part of a chain. RHP only told me about the chain 2 weeks before completion, when the people at the top of the chain started pushing for an exchange date. I never received any sort of explanation/apology from RHP for lying to me.
