GoogleI am so glad I chose Tuffin and Wren. They went the extra mile in every expect. I couldn’t have asked for any better. Debra, Suzanne and Joe were fantastic: the service was way above and beyond the ‘standard’ requirement of an estate agency. I cannot recommend them enough. They enabled the sale of my property and also went to additional lengths, with the help of Rosie from the Ealing branch, to secure a rental for me. Absolutely brilliant.

GoogleI sold my property via the Hanwell branch of Tuffin and Wren in 2018/19. The Sales Manager, Debra Harridge & Suzanne Meredith were responsible for the sale and she was supportive and helpful throughout, despite it not being a straight forward sale (nothing to do with Tuffin and Wren). Debra priced the property reasonably, found two buyers and the competition between the two ended up getting an asking price offer. The offer was validated and the buyer went through with the sale, despite having to wait due to some issues with the property. The cost seems very reasonable compared to competitors (1.25%) and overall I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone selling in the Hanwell area.

GoogleHighly Recommended!!! My experience dealing with Debra has been extremely smooth. She is highly motivate and proactive professional. The thing I admired about her is that she is a problem solver. We had given up on our buy when our sale fell apart as the buyers pulled out at the last minute. The property we were interested was taken off the market. But Debra never gave up and persevered. GoogleHighly Recommended! Debra and the team and Tuffin & Wren did an excellent job selling our house. We got an offer above the asking price and exchanged just 3 weeks after we accepted the offer! You can’t ask for more than that. After dealing with a couple of estate agents in the area Tuffin & Wren proved to be a league above. Although our experience with small local estate agents has not been good, the team at Tuffin & Wren proved that there really is no need to pay the crazy fees and lengthy contracts that the big high street chains demand. GoogleI’ve been finding the communication challenging. I’ve received quite a number of calls, and I’ve mentioned a few times now that it would be best to liaise with my partner on a different number. It has been frustrating, and a streamlined process would have been appreciated.

GoogleI had quite a few situations with them: 1 Travelled one and half hour to view a flat, after waiting for 30 minutes and not managing to contact anyone, I managed to get in touch with someone in the office, they did not know where they lady was, she never showed up in the end, but they ended up telling she was off sick after sone time of investigation… they made up an excuse on the fly basically… she called after some hours to say she was sorry, pub noise at the back, loving the weekend…. But she was over to tell she was off sick. I had to come back a few days later, another 3 hours travel….1.5 hours each way, awesome. 2 I was highly interested in a different flat, I made a good offer almost at asking price, the agent kept telling me she would called me at a given time but she never did, for a week with back and forth chasing her with several calls and messages, she would either ignore me or reply (sometimes) saying she would call me at a given time again, but nothing, this happened for long enough… I called out how unprofessional she was… and well, eventually my offer was rejected and apparently I could not put a higher offer anymore, she basically told me that the seller did not want to get more offers, even if I wanted.

GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful. Builder comes around on an assessment visit and without any warning starts smashing up the living room wall which we have now been living with since Thursday 11th Jan and builder hasn’t returned to complete the works. Emails not answered. If 0 stars could be given it would still be too high a rating.

GoogleWe recently purchased our first property via Tuffin & Wren. After going through extremely unpleasant agency experiences (Dexter Acton) we had completely lost confidence in professionalism of Estate Agents. However, when we connected with Tuffin & Wren - it was the best experience, their service is exceptionally good, highly communicative, prompt reply to queries, full support throughout the process of sale/purchase. In particular, Chandler showed great professionalism and support and went above and beyond what normal Agent would do and seeing the sale right through to completion and even past that she continued to offer exceptional service. I would have no hesitation without doubt recommending Tuffin & Wren to any prospective buyer or seller.
