GoogleIf I could give zero stars i would have done that, the agent we talked to was very rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Very disrespectful. He took 400 pounds as advance even though there were people staying in the house. He promised to give the house on certain date but when asked he said he never promised a date and started arguing. When asked for to look at the agreement he got rude and said no and asked us why we need to read it. We lost our £400 to them. Honestly the worst agency I have ever been to, would advice not to do any business with them.

GoogleAbsolutely horrible service. The staff do not know how to be respectful and have talked unkindly on many occasions. One of them being when they made a stereotypical comment to my mother which I found really offensive and racist. They also do not even attempt to solve any issues that arise. On top of that they have been asking people around to give fake good reviews. In short I would not recommend Southall Estate Agents. Worst agency ever.
