My previous agent was struggling to sell my flat in Greenford and Rolitex provided with me a smooth, professional and courteous service from the moment I stepped into their office.
As well as obtaining a purchase offer, they also offered me other options including a fantastic guaranteed rent scheme with a long term contract, which is what I signed in the end. In addition, they helped procure contracting services to fix up my flat at a decent rate and managed this on my behalf.
Cameron, the manager always provides excellent customer service and is friendly and gets back to you promptly.

GoogleI had engaged Rolitex to manage my property since I bought it in 2006. Initially, their service was pretty standard for a high street estate agent, handling repairs and rent collection adequately. However, everything changed when I decided to move into the property and needed to evict the tenants.
Rolitex issued the Section 21 notice as required, which was fine. But as the notice period neared its end, we wanted to discuss the tenants' plans. Every time we asked Rolitex, specifically Roland, he would shout down the phone, telling us to wait for the two months to end. When the notice period expired and the tenants didn't move, Roland offered no assistance on the next steps. He was silent until we had to demand a meeting, where we were told we needed a solicitor. I understand he is busy, but how difficult is it to communicate simple information to a longstanding client?
After hiring a solicitor, Rolitex was professional in providing the necessary documents, no matter how many times we asked. However, during this time, rent payments became erratic. Whether it was the tenants paying late or Rolitex’s mishandling, it would have been nice for them to inform us, especially with mortgage payments piling up. Whenever I asked Roland about this, he would shout as if he was doing me a favor. He even increased his fee without notifying us and insisted he had informed us when he clearly hadn't.
I eventually had enough of Roland's lack of communication and aggressive behavior, so I decided to collect the rent myself. To Roland's credit, he facilitated this transition quickly, and interestingly enough, the tenant paid me on time from then on.
When the tenant finally vacated, the property was in a terrible state. This was no surprise since Rolitex had not conducted an inspection since the late 2010s.
My experience with Rolitex started amicably but ended very poorly. While other staff members were professional and helpful, Roland was consistently aggressive and difficult to communicate with. This review should not surprise anyone considering the other negative feedback but should serve as a caution for anyone considering dealing with Roland at Rolitex.

GoogleThis is possible the worst agency. Do not rent with them. The black man inside the real estate was absolutely appalling. Asked if the window display property was available. He said those are display. I said that’s weird to display property that’s not available. Rudely he responded with go somewhere else if you don’t like how we operate our business. He than said they have no properties at all available. I am not surprised with an bad attitude like that.

GoogleDid not have a positive experience with this agency. Emails take a long time to be responded to (and often go missing), several team members do not speak English very well and only part of my refund was initially returned.
Following the below comment: I was informed the landlord's decision was purely financial and the agent in fact agreed to speak to the landlord again re a higher bid. The agent even stated they were disappointed because they wanted to be in charge of the property.
I did not want any personal numbers, I was just asking for a work mobile so I could cut out the inefficient middleman (the office landline - where no one ever knew what was going on) and speed things along.
I would not recommend going with a company that is both inefficient and misportrays the truth - the multiple negative Google reviews speak for themselves after all.

While I understand you are upset with our decision not to proceed with you as a tenant, I think the tone of your review justifies our reasoning.
From the beginning, you bombarded our office with email and phone calls expecting responses within minutes while knowing the landlord in question was international; therefore, the answer would take longer than usual.
You then insisted on having my personal number on four occasions, for what reason I am unsure, but I have my suspicions.
When I discussed your erratic behaviour with the landlord, we agreed that you were not the right tenant. We then informed you of our decision and our intent to refund your holding deposit immediately; your tone immediately changed. You decided not only to increase your rental offer but also to pay part of our office commission. Unfortunately, that was not of interest to us, and we insisted on a full refund.
I hope the above is clear enough to understand as you stated you previously struggled.
I wish you the luck you will need in your future house hunts.

People who would like to sell property or rent can expect a consistently excellent, highly professional customer service from Rolitex.
My experience as a person seeking an update of the value of my house in Greenford was as follows:
When you want expertise, experience and in my case to know more about what the market is doing in a Brexit situation and the requirements controlling how a person wanting to sell property needs to know.
I am not a beginner but neither am I an expert in these things.
I found Rolland who is one of the key people working as part of Rolitex as an estate agent professional, personable and reliable.
Rolland showed sound expertise giving me a picture of the current market price and what aspects of the property which were relevant to the sale.
He balanced out that which was responsive to the current market offsetting that which was realistic. A balanced professional opinion was definitely required and Rolland as part of Rolitex delivered all that any estate agent of high repute could want in perspective and provision to those that avail themselves of Rolitex estate agent customer services.
I must say I categorically recommend Rolitex for anybody who wants both the local and national picture. Also as any move - sale and/or renting carries with it a potentially stressful event/s. Rolitex takes away the stress providing the highest expertise and reliability that can only make life easier when you need to progress your career or business as usual.
Rolitex estate agents enables you to continue with the things you want to do providing the 'backing' you need to progress your life for you and your family financially. I say it transparently how it is!

GoogleThe worst customer service to get there at 5:47 exactly then to walk in and the agent sitting there don’t know name but will describe as a black man aged around 55 blue suit dressed sharp. Says no flats available able for rent although they are advertised on website and property portals like right-move and zoopla. Shortly we get sent out, after standing outside in shock with my wife I came back in and asked for properties available for sale, which he replied to and I quote before there close at 5:50 we are closed and leave. I just had to review and say disgusting as an agent and I so pray this is not the company director as based on already looking at the reviews sitting at an Average if 3 clearly there is an issue. Rude disgusted and would not recommend due to the shear rudeness and aggressive behaviour.

GoogleThis is a joke of a company, the staff promise to call and never do, when you ring them they don't have a clue what is going on and you are put on hold. We were told we were guaranteed the property and after providing all the documentation and the deposit we were strung along for months only to be told it was unavailable. Horrible experience, avoid!
