GoogleRent-Source has been very helpful to me as a tenant. When i have any issues they are able to sort it out pretty much immediately - in particular Kulthum is very quick to help me out when there’s an issue.

GoogleVery Unprofessional service They say a lot of stuff and end up failing to deliver what they promised Poor service and business communication The they seems that they don’t talk to each other under same company I’ve done a viewing with Dominic which is only the decent person After viewing they passed me to Şahan I’ve done the down payment I give the what they needs papers and all that 2 weeks waitings for them As they said the land word still haven’t decided yet And they give me a deadline they say that the landlord will give the the decision on that date Upon the actual date I was waiting for their call and nothing I call them and they say the property was no longer available And they didn’t even let me know So I ask for my refund for the deposit Which take ages as they said next 2 days And the after bank holiday and excuses after excuses So ive call the a lot of time direct to voice mail No one is picking up the phone Call them again after an hour then that’s the only time they finally send the refund They waste my time for nothing Very unprofessional Never getting with business with them again Be careful for future tenants or landlords out there Beware for rentsource check before considering them

Rent Source kept information from me during the procedure and the landlord was the one who informed me after he had give the property I had been given a move in date for. The landlord informed me they had told Rent Source that they had other agencies giving viewings, which I was never informed of, and that they didn't know I'd had a holding deposit taken even. As I was on a deadline and an urgent one at that, this placed me in a horrible position, 10 days wasted that I could have been looking for other places, their response times were all over the place and would sometimes avoid messages entirely. I would not recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWould not recommend this estate agent at all. They are scammers and will do anything to rip you off and lie. They kept my deposit and would not answer any calls or messages from me.

GoogleTerrible estate agent I’ve been given 2 properties to view by these estate agents and both times they haven’t shown up. Very unprofessional do not recommend If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.

GoogleTerrible. Not responding to emails or calls. Preventing access to home and not chasing rent from the inhabitants. I don’t like to use language like this but they are behaving like a bunch of weasels.
