GoogleI've been meaning to write this review for a while, but for some reason, I always forget to do it. The property was our home from 2011 to 2018. When we relocated in 2011, the property desperately required renovations, and we were requested to contribute 50% of the total cost, which we agreed to and paid. Of course, these renovations were basic like changing carpet etc. Throughout our lease, Kamaljit was encouraging, but sadly, the landlord is not. It wasn't until 2015 that the landlord decided to completely renovate the property and raise the rent significantly because they had never given the property's condition any thought.

Googlejust want to share how happy we(missus and I) are with the service which we received from Poonam Estates.We needed to sell up our maisonette in Southall, so the first choice would have to be Poonam, having had two previous dealings with them.Times are very challenging for property market, and it took a very long time through 2 failed attempts, but Poonam was relentless and finally just before end of financial year the good news that COMPLETED. Still cant get over the fact Poonam stood by us and triumphed. I must add that they valued the property very keenly from my point of view, with no intention of underselling for a quick sale! They helped the buyer with his mortgage as well Well done Poonam Estates and all the staff who were most helpful, polite and patient at all times.
Must add that the missus is away in India for a funeral or else she would have rushed over to handout PoonamSweet's most delicious Laddoos!!!

Please support your claims by photographic evidence; if not, we will post & let the public make the judgment.
We have sent you regular inspection reports throughout the years of management, kept you informed of the condition of the property. And if the tenants and agents were really that bad, why allow a tenancy to run for 4 years? In our opinion, the property was not ‘wrecked’ and there was no substantial damage from the checkout report. We will be very interested to know about the judgement passed by the courts.
The deposit disputes as you may well know are handled by TDS & we await their outcome.

You obviously have no idea of the tenancy scheme procedure, after check out report you have put your point of view over to TDS who decides what proportion of deposit goes to the tenant and landlord. This can be a long procedure and this is not in the agents hand to expedite. So know the law before flaunt your badly researched views.
