GoogleVery bad experience, not recommended at all
My experience with this company was extremely poor, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I applied to rent an apartment through them, and they were working with a referencing company called Homelet.
I submitted all the required documents in full, yet it took them seven days just to come back with a response. After all this waiting, my application was rejected without any clear reason or explanation.
This is a complete waste of tenants’ time and shows a serious lack of professionalism and communication. Keeping applicants waiting for so long and then rejecting them without justification is unacceptable. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

GoogleBased on my experience of Phillips & Co. I have no qualms in recommending them if you are selling a property.
They were an extremely helpful and friendly team to deal with. I was selling a property from overseas, and they did little things like: check for post and regularly looked over the property while it was empty.
Of more importance: their advice on price/the market and in advising me what to do, was absolutely 100% spot on and they definitely did a good negotiation on my behalf as well.
However, despite the first sale collapsing due to problems lower down the chain, they were prepared to forego commission when I received an offer from a neighbour. When that fell through to mortgage delays, Phillips & Co quickly resumed and eventually saw the sale through.
I found them to be reliable, honest, responsive, and most importantly, prudent with the advice and guidance. A thoroughly professional operation from start to finish.

GoogleNever ever going to them again. Offer was made on a property. Never got back for two weeks. Did not come back for two weeks. When I call they keep me hanging saying that it's a good offer and to wait few more days the few more days came and went they never got back,and from the very start (Nick) We did mention the property is for investment.
I was willing to counter the offer but they never came back.never was sent any emails accepting or rejecting the offer. I could not believe the reason they came out with saying that the property owner doesn't want the flat to be sold to investors 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️.
I was very clear from the start that this will be for investment and even asked Nick how much would the property fetch on the rental market too,
They could have been told me that from the beginning,
When you call the lady who I spoke was not at all professional at all.
Please do not sell/ buy your property from them .

GoogleWhat a unprofessional estate agent. I have given higher offer from the start and they never came back to me. I need to give them everyday a call to find the update on the property. Nick is never helpful and he never came back to me. Only they kept on saying that your offer is reasonable and will come back to you. I have spoken on last FRiday to Philp and he said that they are wrapping it up everything today evening and come back to you. They never came back to me. On saturday I saw they still let people viewing the property. When you have finalising the offer how can you still let viewing the property. The info has been given by Philips is false. When I call back on Tuesday they say that your offer is rejected. I have clearly told them please consider me when you are making the final offer as I can go up with my offer and still they never responded. My nstinct they have decided to who to give the property from the start and they just playing with me. They are just conning estate agent. What a nightmare to deal with these people. You shouldn't never go to by property from these people. I don't want to even give them a one star

GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful attitude from Sandra located in the Philips and Co branch on Greenford Road (next to Iceland).
Has no customer service skills, very rude, talks over you and then has the audacity to cut the call by transferring to another member of staff because she refused to listen. Not sure why staff get so defensive when you point out the truth. I will certainly be removing my details from this estate agent. Awful customer service!!!!!!!! Shame on you Sandra for losing a customer! You need training!
