GoogleI recently viewed a flat and submitted an offer over the weekend. On Monday, I received the details for the holding deposit. Diego, Sunny, and Mariusz all assisted me equally and efficiently, helping me complete referencing and credit checks on the same day. During my search for a rental, I have often experienced estate agents who are slow, unresponsive, or difficult to get hold of. However, this company has been nothing but quick, efficient, and professional. I particularly appreciated that everything was handled online, which works best for me due to my busy work schedule.

I also used their in house mortgage broker and legal team who completed everything very quickly. Sunny Sandhu, was great with communications and always easily reachable when I had any questions.
