Mind boggling Weirdest experience ever! He rented us a property of which me and my partner were asked leave in 2 weeks. State agent Sunesh said he has no idea. The guy is basically clueless as the statement suggests. He is holding on to our deposit after the date of leaving saying he needs to see all the bills have been paid for. Myself is a banker n my wife is a lawyer, we have our careers at state over 100 pounds trust he can’t do. When we were moving - The Estate agent was highly dubious. He didn’t know to manage the rent prices. He tried to negotiate rent in contrast with products in the house like no washing machine etc.

I was very much impressed with the excellent service received from Faith & Co. After 12 month of searching and viewing over 30 properties, I was pretty frustrated and beginning to feel as if I would never find a property to buy. Don't trust this agency. When I first saw this property published in Zoopla the rent was £1350 pm. After my view felt amount is not worthy for the property. So I asked to reduce the rent. Sunesh Kosy told me the water bill(£40) will pay by the house owner so the rent will be £1310pm. But I was not happy with that amount and decided wait for few more days. After few days I saw the property value was £1300 in Zoopla for the same property. I called Sunesh and asked have you reduced £50 (first sent text message for confirmation). He said no the water bill reduced from actual amount because it is going to pay by the house owner. In this process my living tenant agreement is approaching the last date so I said okay. I will take the property for the same amount £1300 and paid deposit(before pay Sunesh showed his property on video call and confirmed over call utility bills are council tax, power and gas and there is no other hidden bills) and he confirmed payment in WhatsApp and asked email ids of me and my wife to send rental agreement. I sent all the required document along with email IDs. Next day Sunesh called me and asked me to pay £50. I asked why? He said the property value is £1350pm and you have to pay all the bills. I was surprised and asked you said house owner is going to pay the water bill. He said no and in reverse he questioned me any house owner will pay the bills. Have you ever seen before? and disconnect my call after angry on me. I sucked after listen Sunesh words and fire on me. My sincere advise avoid approaching this agency if possible.

Wish I could put no stars, rented a property from Faith and co nothing but trouble from the start, moved in all good then the boiler broke left without hot water for a week and then we got mould and it was really bad they refused to do anything ended up going council and they ask them to deal with this and a broken light in kitchen, Then the bath broke and took weeks to fix, they tried charging us for blocked drain that was shared amongst 3 flats, they owe the neighbours money from occasions they have had to fix things. They said the garden was ours when we moved in and isn't ours. Then they kept issuing section 21's for no reason at all rent was on time if not 2 weeks early every month. Then came to the end of tenancy asking for pictures and proof of bills being paid which I told them you can see council tax as your liable but nothing else and they said no they need to see all , I refused this is personal . They then tried to take all the deposit of us with our two young children, saying there was damage when there wasn't etc and claimed for it, so we had the stress of that avoid at all costs.this is just a little bit of the stress they have caused.
