I am extremely happy with the service provided by Ellender States. Everything was handled very efficiently, and I received approval for my rental just 7 days after viewing the flat. A special thank you to Adam for all his support and for managing the anxiety of someone who could not afford to miss out on their ideal flat. His professionalism and care made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Ellender States to anyone looking for excellent service and a seamless rental experience.

These agents tried to sell me a leasehold property in Montpelier which was supposed to convert to a freehold, but this was never written into any contracts. There were other problems as well with documents provided by the seller. I ended up losing several thousand pounds on the deal before cancelling.

I arrived early for a scheduled property viewing at 12 PM with Adam today, only to find out at 11:58 AM after calling the office that the appointment was never booked in the calendar. Mariola also informed me that the property had already been accepted by another person earlier this morning, yet no one had communicated this to me in advance. This was a frustrating and unnecessary waste of my time. That said, I appreciate Mariola for her call and for providing clarity. Disappointed with the service overall.

I had an excellent experience working with Ellender Estates. From the very beginning, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for my needs. They were attentive, responsive, and always kept me informed throughout the process. Throughout my tenancy, the team lead by Adam, were incredibly supportive, especially when I needed reference letters, they went above and beyond to assist me promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Ellender Estate to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

I've been renting with Ellender Estates for the past 4 years when I moved to the country. I had my first flat viewing with them, and even though I had no credit history at the time, they found a way out to help me. It's been smooth sailing since then. The whole team is extremely professional and prompt. There has never been a time when my request or complaint has not been addressed. They are warm, polite, and always go that extra mile. Thank you for whatever you do. I am so grateful!

Let a property via their lettings department. Really proactive, friendly and helpful. Had the whole process wrapped up after a single day of viewings. Recommended.
