GoogleFirst off, the Agent sped us around the property and stressed how he had another showing he had to make. Once we offered, we were constantly chased to speed up searches/mortgage process etc (even when completely out of our hands) and asked to commit to unachievable dates because the seller wanted a quick sale (eg “complete searches in 2 weeks or the seller will put it back on the market”). Kept getting compared to the downstairs flat which was also mid-sale having started earlier as if it were a race and we were behind. Then, when our solicitors challenged something in the seller’s arrangements that we needed to clarify before we could complete, it would take several chasers to every email before we would ever get a response and our purchase only went through months past the original expectations. Basically, embodied many of the worst caricatures of estate agents - in stark contrast to the agents on the other end of our chain

GoogleWe sold my sister’s house through Doyle’s after her death, which was a difficult time for us. They dealt with every problem that came up, cooperated well with our solicitors. The house details were made, and when the sink leaked (no one was living there), Michael arranged for a plumber to repair it for us, as I lived in Devon. They could not have done more for us, from helping move furniture round in photos, to doing all the visits. All in all we were very happy with the Doyle’s service.

When I have needed to get in contact nothing has every been an issue for them to arrange and the tenants they have found for me have all excellent matches. GoogleI had a few evaluations before i asked Doyles to come around, none convinced me that they would do their best when selling my property it seemed they all had admitted defeat in a slow market due to brexit. Doyle's were the only agents who had a spring in their step, Micheal provided honest feedback but assured me that he would get me the best price which he did he wasn't over ambitious but had the fire in his belly to say this is what your property is worth now let's go and get it. Doyle's provided the optimism needed to sell my property therefore I have to recommend them as they provided a great service.

However, they surpassed my expectations throughout the process with their knowledge of the local market, their professional approach and general helpfulness. They ensured I was always up to date with all aspects of the sale and handled everything in a considered and patient manner. As a result, I would have no hesitation in recommending Doyle’s to anyone considering selling or renting property in W7.
