He was always willing to assist with any matters associated with property throughout the tenure period. GoogleDoyles are one of the most difficult estate agents in the Hanwell Ealing area to deal with. For weeks and weeks and even months after offers have been rejected or supposedly accepted the properties remain on websites as for sale.
Dear Sarah, thank you for taking the time to review our company, we didn't deal directly with you as a buyer but we did with your daughter and son in law, a lovely couple who saw a number of properties through ourselves. They offered on a couple of those properties, sadly the level of those offers were not to the level the owners were looking for, we have agreed the sale of those properties to buyers at much higher levels. I understand your disappointment for your daughter and her family, but unfortunately their level of offers submitted were not successful at the decision of the owners. As estate agents it is our responsibility to look after our clients, negotiate between buyers and sellers and to get our clients as much as possible for their property, fundamentally representing the seller's interests in negotiations with potential buyers, we also take their instructions as to when a property comes off the market for sale, sometimes that can be after exchange. I would love to sell a property to you daughter and her family and for someone who moved to the area over 16 years ago I can highly recommend it, for everything from the people to the schools to the transport links. It’s certainly not the easiest market to purchase a property and Michael and his agency stood out amongst all other agents in the area. He was extremely responsive, conscientious and caring which are all important qualities many agents lack. Michael met us at our home on the day of completion with a lovely bottle of bubbly (even on his day off). We can’t thank Michael enough for making a stressful experience as seamless as possible. GoogleI highly recommend Doyles. It’s customer service is excellent. We rented a property for 6 years & the service we received through Doyles was excellent from beginning to end. Tony O’Reilly was our main point of contact throughout our experience and I cannot sing his praises highly enough. Tony is an absolute star - he’s courteous, polite, helpful and humble. Over the 6 years he consistently helped my family. I am very grateful to Tony and the team at Doyles for all of their kind help over the years.

GoogleWe recently bought a property through Doyle Sales and lettings. Micheal the owner is such an amazing and very professional individual. He has made the whole process extremely easy with his calm deminor and we couldn't have asked for a better estate agent. As a first time buyer you always hear such bad experience from other people. Ours was a complete different experience smooth and very easy to follow from providing us with solicitors to helping us right through the end and giving us a bottle of champagne and glasses when we went to pick up our keys. Honestly such a wonderful experience on top of finding the property of our dreams. Thank you so much Michael and to the Doyle sales and letting team. I will forever be happily recommending you!

First class in terms of solid advice on market value and the quality of potential buyers that came to view the property. Doyle's organised 5 viewings and I had a buyer immediately on the first weekend of viewings. That speaks for itself.

GoogleProfessional, can move really quickly, responsive, reasonable, quite personable too. Pretty thorough referencing process but I suppose that's a good thing if a lot of admin! Property wasn't really finished at start date and could have been a smoother handover to the property managers but still one of the better / more human experiences I've had with agencies.

GoogleHighly reccomend Doyles ! Start to finish with me took 2 years and they didn't lose patience or interest although I had started too! They were instumental in a tricky drawn out sale which I dont think could have been acheived without them. I wasn't able to buy a property through them, much to my disppointment but they helped with my buying to facilitate the sale and further sales in the chain. Both Michals were helpful, polite and communicative at all times. I couldn't have moved without them. I hope their business goes from strength to strength as they are best estate agents in W7
