TrustpilotUnprofessional Handling of Viewing Appointment by Dexters Ealing
Deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had with Dexters Ealing in regard to a viewing appointment scheduled for today, 21-Aug.This morning, I received a confirmation from Jade Williams regarding a change in the viewing time and meeting point for the property located at 4 Blakesley Court. To my surprise, this change was made without any prior consent or notification. Nonetheless, I arrived at the newly agreed location on time at 18:00, as per the confirmation.After waiting for about 5 minutes, no Dexters staff member arrived to meet us. This prompted me to contact the Dexters office for clarification. The staff assured me that someone would be there shortly to assist us. However, after an additional 20 minutes ofwaiting, there was still no sign of anyone from Dexters.Regrettably, this turned into a complete NO-SHOW situation, causing great inconvenience and frustration on my part. During this time, I had the opportunity to speak with the landlady of the property whoinformed me that the house was intended to be a summer lease for 6 months, whereas I had expressed interest in a 1-year lease. This information contradicted my expectations and preferences.My experience has left me deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism exhibited by Dexters Ealing. The lack of communication, the unfulfilled commitment to the appointment, and the disregard for my time have all contributed to a severe sense ofdissatisfaction.I made an attempt to reach out to Dexters staff again at 18:28 to explain the situation. She indicated that she was unable to conduct the viewing at that moment, but offered to reschedule for another date. Surprisingly, she continued to promote the property even after I expressed that it was not suitable due to the lease discrepancy.As a potential client seeking professional property agent services, I was excited to engage with Dexters Ealing. However, the events of today have significantly eroded my confidence in the company's ability to deliver on its promises and provide a satisfactory level of service.

I chose not to use Dexters to sell my flat. The amount of hassle I got afterwards is unbelievable. I'm leaving this review as I just received yet another phone call asking if the sale has gone through. This is about the 6th call in 2 months, I have never replied any of them and they are still so pushy and disrespectful. Emails too! @Dexters - I just forwarded an email that I sent to our local Dexters for you.

Liars - complete disgrace.St John's Wood branch were selling a flat for my partner, found a buyer who was apparently ready to go, mortgage in place etc. After months of poor communication, they emailed stating the deposit was received and contract had been signed.However, this was found to be completely untrue. No response from the company, the agent is now apparently on leave, and no explanation from management. Months wasted and thousands in lost rent.Avoid at all costs and choose a professional company instead.

Its very stressful when you see a tenant's rent getting later and later, and then obviously, they ignore it completely. Well, at that point, life becomes an uphill struggle, or just seems to go that way. Twice this has happened to me; both times, Myra Mettam of 61 Honour Oak Park has come to my rescue and solved my problems.I see her as my knight in shining armor, Myra, for PM; she gets my vote every time.

She gave me an update two days later and assured me that everything is being dealt with. I’m very impressed by her promptness and for keeping me abreast of the small repairs that need to be done.
