GoogleDon’t use them for lettings. Showed us a property, made us send across our personal details and passports, said it was accepted, only for the landlords to say they don’t want pets. They also didn’t even come back to us to let us know.

I used the Cricklewood branch to assist in the sale of my property. The team there from the manager Neela Patel down were very good, right from the day of instruction. My sales consultant Samara Sylvester deserves particular mention as she was outstanding. Prompt in returning my calls and addressing any concerns I had, she really did her employers credit.
