This is the worst property agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Even though I left their property in the best state possible this company has attempted to withhold my deposit and try to get their tenants to pay for redecoration costs despite all issues coming from fair wear and tear during a pandemic. If you value your hard earned money and want your value for money, Dexters is not it.

He found us the property of our liking and was highly organised in getting everything in place ensuring our seamless move and additionally he has always been approachable and prompt in responding back to our queries. Since Natasha took over, we've never had to wait too long for any issues to be fixed/solved, at the very least, she lets us know what's going on and when we can expect some movement. She has managed the renovation of our kitchen and our contract renewals with minimum fuss. Her communication is great._

GoogleSold my flat with Dexter's - I tried two different estate agents prior and got no offers, then with Dexter's they found a buyer and when that fell through they found another buyer really quickly. They chased all the steps of the buying process proactively too. Wish I'd gone with them from the beginning!
