We had a leak into our showroom from the flat above, that Dexters were managing on behalf of the owner. Within two hours of calling Daisy at dexters in Ealing we had a plumber on site fixing the leak. This swift service meant that the damage was kept to a minimum, once the leak had been fixed, Daisy was very pro active and arranged for the decorating team to pop over and survey the damage, they are now booked in for next week to get the damaged area painted. Great service!!! Highly recommend the lettings team at Ealing Dexters!!

We are renting the flat managed by this branch. Jourdain was really great when looking for place to live. He was really polite, helpful and professional, help us to rent the property quickly and with no stress. Milos is definitely an asset to the company. The house was inspected by him lately and he was really helpful in sorting some of the issues. He work quick and efficient and he's really friendly and understanding. I was very impressed with Jourdain & his team. In the space of 4 days having the house on the rental market, they were able to achieve the asking price and offers above it. After the terrible service we had when the house was rented and managed by RSK for 3 years and even more appalling service with their sales team when we did attempt to test the market, it was a breath of fresh air to see that Jourdain and his team were reliable, professional, respectful towards the potential tenants/ourselves and on time with the appointments! We hope they keep up with the good work.No doubt, we would use Dexters to sell the house one day, if they are as good as their letting team !

Jourdain and Daniel were very helpful in our house hunting expedition! We were new to the area and looking for a good renting situation close to work. The market may be tight currently but they seemed to have good connections in the community and a perfect living situation opened up the day after I was introduced to the Dexter's team here in this side of town. Regardless of whether or not they have what you're looking for at the time, they are going to treat you well and work hard for you. Highly communicative team. Zendeca from the Battersea branch went above and beyond to get us a viewing of our perfect property, despite it being her day off and viewings having already been completed. She worked hard to get to know us so we could make the best offer to the landlords, and was responsive and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Dear all, I would like to share with you my experience in trying to find a new house. I have started the search at the beginning of February. I must say that it was challenging because my situation was peculiar and I faced several refusals of my offers. After 2 months of searching and being tired of viewings, I found a nice house and the property was managed by Dexter. In less than 2 days I had a new home and all thanks to Daniel the manager and Jourdain the agent. I must say that before I was dealing with several other agencies, but nobody was able to understand the advantages of my offer or willing to help me. I thought that I would be forced to look for a sharing solution which was my worse nightmare. But a big company like Dexter, with experienced people managed to get a house for me.

I was a tent through dexters for 2 years and 8 month, and had to terminate my 3 years agreement for some reasons.
