GoogleSo irresponsible agent! They take years to solve small issues! I have requested them to repair the issue of no hot water, they have leave me for more than 3 days now and promised to send someone in an hour but there is no one coming, and they are off work now. You should know this is now the first time like this. I NEVER SEE ANY AGENT LIKE THIS FOR THEIR IRRESPONSIBILITY!

Googleterrible agent. you never get your deposit back. We moved in a flat without being cleaned for three month. We paid the agent fee and were deducted for a huge amount of cleaning fee. The house is even cleaner compared with what it was since I cleaned almost everything myself. Go to a university accommodation rather than local agent

GooglePhoned up with an issue and spoke to posssible the least helpful, considerate or dedicated employee of any company in existence. Forget going the extra mile, Harringtons staff don’t even go the mandatory inch.

GoogleDo not use!! Appalling service although stated in tenancy agreement WiFi included no Internet in property for close to 4mths. During a pandemic when we rely on Internet it was disgusting and in no hurry to sort it. IF YOU THINKING ABOUT USING THESE DON'T!!

GoogleTo be honest, if you are getting a house for free from them just don’t get it. They ask for more documents than normal which delays your move in date. Moreover, you also get house late with some wear and tear and uncleanliness. Worst experience

GoogleSome of the rudest customer service I’ve ever encountered, staff showed little interest in helping solve our issues. Getting repairs on the house we were renting took months and many of these repairs broke again the following week. Will not be using them again.

GoogleVery helpful and friendly service had issues with other letting agents nothing seems to be too much bother for them. My daughter has had a lovely experience with them and will consider using them when my son also joins the local university. Big thanks

GoogleThe staff are condescending at best, Andrew doesn't know his a*se from his elbow. They think it's ok to remove locks from bedroom doors blaming the local council for it. If you value you safety steer clear.

GoogleThe Service I've received whilst dealing with Harringtons in Durham, is very professional the maintenance team are very efficient and deal with any issues which arise, the trades men they use are very curtious, polite and professional. I would recommend using Harringtons in the future.
