She has been fantastic at helping us during our property search, arranging viewings, keeping in touch by phone and text and going above and beyond to try and understand exactly what we are looking for so that she can help us find our next home. We could have asked for a better agent. She is a credit to Fine and Country. Thank you.

GoogleAnita and the F&C team did a brilliant job of helping us selling our home. We had to relocate in the early part of the sale process and Anita managed the process brilliantly. She dealt with all the viewings, managed the valuations for the purchasers and was able to just deal with everything for us. Once the solicitors became involved she managed the processing of the contract for us engaging with both sets of solicitors again really well.
I would recommend Anita and the F&C team to anyone looking to sell their house successfully.

GoogleAnita at Fine and Country has exceeded every expectation with selling our Country Home. From our experience its a "no brainer" that you choose Anita and the Fine and Country team as your 1st port of call.
We had been in a sorry situation trying to sell our lovely home with 3 reputable agents. A phone call to Anita and she reviewed our situation and the house.
She gives the attention , drive, and enthusiasm that the others lack.
Marketing is outstanding on all social media outlets. Anita is ruthless and direct in how she presents your home. Leave her to it.
Anita has great relationships with her buyers and knew the buyers that would appreciate viewing our home.
And best of all, since Anita dealt with every aspect of the sale, she was able to liaise with all parties and push the sale over the line for us and our buyers.
Result? Anita found our buyer within 3 days of putting the house on the market. And completion within 10 weeks, including the xmas period. And she achieved a higher price than the other agents even suggested.
Cant thank her enough

GoogleI have tried other Estate Agents but none compare with Fine & Country and in particular Anita Adams. Anita took over the sale of my house and actively went out and sold the property rather than let buyers come to her, what a girl.

GoogleWhat a lovely lady Anita Adams is, she was very professional and valued our house very close to the valuation we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the house sale. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances we have had to take it off the market for now, but will definitely use her in the future.
