I would recommend Deakin-White to anyone looking to sell their property. I had the right buyer within a week of putting my house on the market. Sam was extremely professional and made sure I had the right buyer in place for the timescale I had to sell my property. Sam seemed to work all hours to ensure my sale went through. My sale was then given to Emma, who went over and above to ensure my sale was completed. Both Emma and Sam worked very hard and Deakin-White are very lucky to have these people working for them.

We have just moved & sold our house through Deakin-White. Josh was superb and such a lovely young man, he always kept me up to date with everything that was happening and was extremely professional. What a great guy, he was always on time to show prospective buyers around our home and was always respectful.
Once we sold, we dealt with Emma and she was brilliant and always contactable. She was extremely proactive and gave excellent advice about the process of buying and selling a house.

From the moment Sam came round to value , I was very impressed , having moved numerous times in the last ten years I thought I knew a lot about estate agents , but they really are in a league of their own. The flat sold in 5 hrs for the asking price. Then amanda from the after sales team took over emailing updates every week about everyone in the chain, chasing the solicitors and regularly informing us. We purchased a house at the same time through another agent who were a shambles from trying to make an offer to obtaining the key on moving in day and in between we heard Absolutly nothing from them, they could do with a day at the Deakin White training school for estate agents. As I said they are out there on their own.

I was sent details of all viewings and given feedback on each visit . House sold very quickly , and the service and help from Emma was wonderful . I was constantly informed of the progress and saw many chasing emails for updates from solicitors etc . Cannot thank this team enough . Dealin-White have a clear goal to offer a personal service and stand out to the rest of the estate agency world. I can certainly say my experience is perfectly aligned to that strategy and although I have not moved for a number of years it has been so refreshing to work with a team who really deliver on what they promise. They are extremely easy to work with and really do go out of their way to support you through the challenges of selling and buying when you have a challenging chain.
Every member of the team lives and breathes their values. They really are there for you and not just another sale to drive commission. I can not recommend Deakin-White enough. We have relocated to just outside Chester but if we ever sell again I will be using Deakin-White with a long distance sale! Thank you once again to all the team and in particular Amanda Wright who pushed hard and drove both the other agents and solicitors in the chain to ensure we could complete.

I bought my flat in Dunstable 3 months ago with Deakin-White and was very happy & impressed with their service. It had been a long haul, as due to 2 sales falling through elsewhere in the chain, it had taken 7 months from having my offer accepted! However Ed & the team worked very hard to secure subsequent sales and push through to completion and he personally ensured I was kept up to date on progress on a weekly basis by email. and answered any questions.
The team are friendly, professional, conscientious and very competent and instill a sense of "going the extra mile" for the client, as well as integrity, which is not always evident with other agents.
Altogether I was very satisfied with their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them...in fact I already have to a friend who is thinking of selling her house. :)

I recently sold my property in Dunstable, it was a grade II listed building with leasehold - so not an easy one to sell but Deakin-White took care of the process from start to finish. Unfortunately my conveyancer was terrible and the process took five long months, but it really made me appreciate how vital having good estate agent is. Deakin-White were always keeping me updated, they were advising me on many occasions when the conveyancer wasn't, they were chasing up papers and information etc that the conveyancer wasn't and they were always available to talk and help solve issues. It was my first time selling a property so i feel very fortunate indeed that i had Deakin-White to help guide me through the process. I highly recommend them.

I would just like to thank the amazing team at Deakin-White for helping with the purchase of our house. We had seen properties with other agencies and had been messed around and dissapointed. We saw 3 properties with Josh from Deakin-White and knew we would buy through him, decided to offer on a lovely 3 bed semi-detached house which had potential to extend.
The price was agreed and in a few days we was up and running with our solicitors instructed. We just completed last Friday after a couple of months and we went to the new office and was gifted a bottle of champagne when we picked up the keys which was a great way to start the weekend!
