GoogleAlexander and Co. are incredibly helpful in chasing up queries and provide feedback in good time. In particular we have had a very good experience with Anne, who is prompt, polite, professional and has helped us from the beginning, when issues with the property were brought to her attention. Anne, keep up the good work!

GoogleI have been renting with them for more than 2 years now, throughout that time they have been brilliant to deal with whether it be on routine or more urgent issues. I recently had a problem with a jammed key/lock and within just over an hour of it being reported a locksmith had attended and fixed it (much to my relief I might add). My experiences with them have been very positive and reassuring, and I know from speaking to others they are generally held in very high regard, no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Alexander & Co.

GoogleIt’s a shame this doesn’t allow you to give 10 stars , being a 1st time buyer I was a bit nervous but the team at Alexandra and co are great. I had my 1st initial viewing with Rhys alone which went really well he didn’t rush me to to put in a offer ,he aloud me to view and ask questions and use the whole time slot allocated .. After my second viewing with Rhys again which I did with my family , my offer was accepted and confirmed by email. During the process I was in regular contact with Jason and this was key as it showed me they took my offer seriously and my search for other houses (just incase) stopped instantly. Between my offer bring accepted and completion I had a lot of contact with Lauren and Gary , they where great they talked me through every stage and where always enthusiastic and willing to help whenever I called (which was a lot ). The whole team were friendly ,helpful and just displayed great costumer service throughout. I finally got the keys on Monday …Thank you guys 🥳

GoogleSelling your house and buying a new one isn't something you do every day, so the process can feel quite daunting. From the valuation of our house, through to the sale, Alexander & Co were superb. As soon as our house was listed we had multiple viewers and offers the same day. Alexander & Co concluded everything very quickly and were always on hand to advise. Searching for a new house was very difficult in the current market, and if it wasn't for the excellent understanding that Julia had of our requirements, we never would have found one! Fortunately for us we also purchased via Alexander & Co and the process was seamless. The team in the office, who see you to completion (Lauren and Gary) were also excellent. Constant communication and updates throughout; I was confident they were constantly checking behind the scenes to make sure it was moving along. Thank you Alexander & Co, I would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleAlexander & Co were absolutely fantastic throughout the process of selling our late mother’s house. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they regularly checked in with us to ensure we had all the relevant information at different stages of the selling process. Right from the valuation stage, they were friendly and professional and we truly believe that they advertised and got the best sale for the property. We would highly recommend them and will use them again.
