TrustpilotUnprofessional - never stick to commitment
I recently purchased a house through Sherry and my experience was worse (D15). While buying a house is a life event for most, the folks here has absolutely no consideration to that fact. They did not want to show me the house for final walkthrough which I had to argue with them. They lied to me that they had the entire house keys so I released the funds, however, they gave me literally just a single main door key. I had to follow up for 5 days, and multiple phone calls to receive the entire set of keys. After all this, it took 3 weeks for them to remove the 'Sold' board in front of the house. If you are looking for an agent, please do not consider Sherry, instead consider other agents who are more professional and friendly.

TrustpilotDISGRACEFUL SHERRY FITZHaving purchased a property from…
Having purchased a property from sherryfitzgearld ,Renovated it and then went back to the office to whom I purchased from, and asked would they be interested in marketing our property, only to be messed around by the principle of sherry fitgearld, traveling a hr to leave a key available ,this was 3 weeks ago march 2023 ,only to find no one arrived to even look at the property for pictures , measurements etc ,This is no way to treat customers ,we wouldn't treat our clients in such a fashion nor do we expect to be treated in such a hap hazzard manner .Imagine turning down a new build 3 bed house ,A rated ,and not have the courtesy to ring and say look sorry we won't be marketing your property ,even when it was this branch in cork we purchased from .☎️A SIMPLE PHONCALL OR EMAIL WOULDNT GO AMISS

TrustpilotAmazing support and a pleasure to deal with
Roseanne helped us with the purchase of our country home and couldn't have been more helpful and supportive throughout the process. She was constantly on hand and incredibly responsive. She worked with us and supported both us and the sellers throughout the process. She facilitated a successful transaction on very agreeable terms between both parties. I couldn't recommend her and the team at Sherry Fitzgerald enough.

FacebookSherry FitzGerald Dunshaughlin....terrible service from the agent. Pressed us to take the first offer or we would lose the house we were bidding on so our property sold for less than similar in the area. The seller said they would have waited. No working alarm or appliances as advertised in the brochure. Agent only seemed to care about those higher in the chain for her commission. Our buyers were told knock on the door of either the property they had purchased or our property for keys. Our sellers gave us keys. No timings arranged for closing inspections despite requests from us and our solicitor, agent basically ignored us. Their saving grace is Linda on admin who was always pleasant. Made experience more stressful than needed with behaviour I felt verging on bullying.

TrustpilotSherry Fitzgerald as Mortgage Brokers
My review actually relates to Sherry Fitzgerald's mortgage broker service.I was disappointed with the service but my situation was complicated by the fact that I was remortgaging and staff shortages in PTSB and in fairness to Sherry Fitzgerald when I complained they eventually dealt with it to my satisfaction. So I would simply say to potential customers that you keep a very close eye on the process as the banks are short staffed and the brokers can lose focus when it's such a drawn out process.
