David Reynolds - in particular - goes out of his way to solve practical and communication problems, making sure the process of buying a property goes as smoothly as it can. That's something which is particularly important when you're buying from abroad, as I way. Highly recommended!

Very professional management of the viewings and queries. The online MySherryFitzgerald platform bidding system was transparent and most fair and we wish all estate agents used this system.

I had the worst customer experience of my life dealing with Sherry Fitzgerald in Trim. Impossible to contact & making multiple excuses every time I tried to get a response/update. If you are selling steer clear & if buying pray it's not them you have to negotiate with.

If there's a 0 start option, I'd definitely rate that as 0. They're not protecting tenant rights, very slow and not hands-on on the issues raised and basically they're acting like a roadblock rather than solution provider.I'd think twice if Sherry Fitzgerald is the agent for the property.
