Brain and Lisa have been tremendous! We sold our site in Ardmore after much consideration.It was a very difficult decision as we wanted to build our retirement home in Ardmore where we have been coming every Summer for the last 25 years. Unfortunately due to long delays as a result of appeals to An Bord Pleannala and the resulting increase in cost we could not go ahead with building our dream home. Nevertheless Brian and Lisa guided us through the sale of our site and at all times treated us with respect and kindness. They found us a buyer and without their help with what was a complicated sale we could not have made progress. We would highly recommend both Brian Gleeson and their employee Lisa as they went beyond and above what a normal Auctioneer would do.
