Maneely & Co Ltd (Dungannon) reviews

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Maneely & Co both as a landlord and more recently as a seller, and I can honestly say their service has been exceptional throughout. They initially managed the rental of my property, and I was consistently impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. They found reliable tenants quickly, handled all aspects of the letting process smoothly, and kept me well-informed. When the time came to sell, choosing Maneely & Co again was an easy decision. The team made the transition from rental to sale seamless. They provided honest, expert advice on preparing the property for market, created excellent marketing materials, and quickly generated strong interest. Thanks to their proactive approach and clear communication, the sale process was smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Colm, who has always went above and beyond at every step over the years and more recently to Michael who managed the recent sale of the property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maneely & Co to anyone looking to let or sell their property, they truly take the stress out of the process and deliver fantastic results.

Working with Michael was a great experience from start to finish. Michael made what could’ve been a really stressful process feel totally manageable. Always friendly, super approachable, and really knew his stuff. Michael kept us in the loop the whole time, answered every question (no matter how small or silly), and genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the right place, not just making a quick sale. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Maneelys were excellent during the process of selling our home, from preparing our home for sale to following up on viewings and dealing with potential buyer queries. I would recommend them to anyone selling their home.

We recently completed on a sale of a property with Maneely & Co as sole agents. I cannot recommend them enough. Eoin was very efficient, the house was listed within a few days of my instruction and sale agreed within 2 weeks. Eoin was always on hand to take my calls (or return if out of office) and respond to emails. I was kept informed throughout the process, although the team worked away in the background organising viewings, taking bids etc. The whole process was very stress free for me and I feel the advice given by Eoin (and Conor in the past) was invaluable. Keep up the good work guys!

A big thank you to Maneely & Co, and Pam Hassan in particular during the recent sale of a family home. It was an emotional roller coaster but Pam was always there to guide us through the process in a professional and understanding manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Maneely & Co as everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. Laurence and Nadine

AVOID! Maneely have decided to help themselves to a wee slice of my deposit, after handing back the keys they conducted an inspection of the property and found no issues, TDS returned the amount they had been given but this wasn't the full …

Avoid. Tried to add £30 per month onto the tenancy agreement by a young guy who had zero interest in what he was doing. I asked if 3 weeks notice was possible to vacate, no problem if this was refused. No response or communication, then took £215 of the deposit to cover 11 days which I was not in the property

We recently sold our house through Maneely & Co Ltd and despite delayed completion with another agent with whom we were purchasing a new house; Connor at Maneely & Co Ltd ensured our sale went as smoothly as possible. From start to finish, he provided a constant source of information, reassurance and guidance to us and there was no doubt a strong sense of transparency for the buyers as he kept them informed with regular updates. The Communication was exceptional throughout and the expertise advice which we received was invaluable. He no doubt went above and beyond and the sale was conducted with such ease and total professionalism. Maneely & Co Ltd are sure to exceed all expectations and I highly recommend looking no further for all your property needs.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
