GoogleWe recently completed on a sale of a property with Maneely & Co as sole agents. I cannot recommend them enough. Eoin was very efficient, the house was listed within a few days of my instruction and sale agreed within 2 weeks. Eoin was always on hand to take my calls (or return if out of office) and respond to emails. I was kept informed throughout the process, although the team worked away in the background organising viewings, taking bids etc. The whole process was very stress free for me and I feel the advice given by Eoin (and Conor in the past) was invaluable. Keep up the good work guys!

Furthermore, we advised you that your deposit was protected with TDSNI which allowed you to dispute any deposit held by the landlord at the end of the tenancy and prior to you agreeing the settlement, but you chose not to do this.
