Cait is absolutely brilliant, we had the most smooth and stress free remortgage, it was made easy, it was efficient and happened far quicker than we thought it would - which given everything that’s going with mortgages etc, its is nothing short of spectacular. We were given clear instructions on what we needed to provide, had lots of options for the mortgage to choose from and had all questions answered fully and quickly. If you need a mortgage or remortgage I’d highly recommend Cait.

Our first impression was fine , we had a viewing of the property and were quite satisfied with the outcome. We spoke to George the agent , and he Said to have a think over it . He Said he would Call us the following day ,we received no telephone call , we tried to contact the agency .George was not available . Due to our interest in the property we asked if there was anyone Else in the establishmentet that we coul deal with. This was not possible because George had the sale of the House. Eventually he Got back to us and we made an cash offer .George asked us if we could get a bank coverage for the amount. He also made a deadline of 4.00pm the following day, We should have the bank coverage , which we arranged,He Said he would ring and let us know after speaking to the vender. George rang 3.45pm just before the so called deadline which i have never heard off before , at this time he informed us that the property was sold to someone Else at a cheaper rate. I State my case .George had a serious attitude problem , i have dealt with people before , but he was absolutely over the top. Should not be working with the public ,unworthy person ,no feedback , and Will never ever go through CPS agency again, and certainly would not recommend any dealings through this agency .Is this a normal procedure for CPS , This should be brought further to the owner of the establishmentet , so he has an understanding of what Way the business is ran.Absolute joke.

Trying to buy and sell properties during the pandemic was very challenging. But with George and CPS this was no big deal. George was so professional and very helpful throughout the process. He guided us professionally and went above his duty to make sure we were provided the right advice at all times. He kept both us and the buyers informed and reassured us at all times. To top it up he sold our house in record two weeks even during the pandemic. So hats off to him for his knowledge and professionalism. I have no issue in recommending George and his amazing team as they will go beyond their line of duty to help you whether it is to buy or sell the house. We will definitely be knocking his door again. Good luck George and team and thank you again for helping us buy our dream house.

Would highly recommend Eoin and the team at CPS. They say selling your house is is one of the most stressful times in your life, but they made is very easy for us. Nothing was ever any bother, gave us updates throughout the whole process and most of all went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with it all. Their knowledge and experience of the local area and market conditions were true and accurate particularly during the valuation stage of the process. As a couple with very little experience in selling property the team at CPS made it look so easy, comfortable and relaxed with no stress and hassle free. What was most impressive with the service was the one-to-one interactive and communication from the individual salesperson from CPS Property involved and their attitude and commitment to deliver a quick sale along with exceeding the market value of the property. Very poor experience

Very poor experience. We were misled about a property and the vendor’s readiness to proceed, which led to wasted time, stress, and over £2,000 in wasted costs. Major issues that they knew / should have known about, such as an unadopted road with ownership issues, and property service charges weren't disclosed. Communication from them was rude and aggressive, and even basic requests (like written terms for a holding deposit) were refused. I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency.
