GoogleAbsolutely pathetic service. We we lied to from the onset. Rod wouldn't get back for up to a month at a time. Carried out useless work for over inflated prices without permission. Incidentally nothing materialaliaed with anything that he said he had done. Sorry excuse of an Estate Agent and I would keep away real nightmare of a man. He would phone up every 3 to 4 months and say how much did you pay for your property originally and did this for years.

GoogleFelt really reassured having Rod handling the sale. He was calm, professional, and didn’t sugar-coat anything, which I really appreciated. Folk like that are hard to come by in this line of work.

GoogleWorst company ever had to deal with in 10 years working as a property developer, The MD has lied to me time after time this week, totally unprofessional, they check nothing, make excuses, blame everyone else and totally useless. From leaving wrong keys under bins on completion day! Getting me to drive roubd trips of 60 miles 4 times for absolutely nothing , Only time in 10 yeats of buying 3 or 4 houses a year a company thinks this is acceptable to leave keys under a bin by a neighbour then not even doing it! Then Changing locks , then not suppling correct keys for new locks, broken boilers , no electricity, no checks carried out prior to completion , water running in property, windows left open for months , not Turing up for viewings, lying on many occasions, this company should be closed down, please do yourself a favour and use absolutely anyone else to buy or sell as this company are beyond useless. Avoid at all costs. My solicitor, lawyer , mortgage broker and insurance broker have all been involved in this and all said almost daily how unbelievable and terrible this company is!

Yellexcellent service to find a property to buy
We asked McCrae & McCrae to find us a property to buy as we have been looking for a small farm for years. Rod McCrae has very good contacts and he found us a very attractive property to purchase. Don’t think i’d be able to find someone better to do the job! He went to a great deal of effort and is very knowledgeable and personable. He’s also very thorough. Thankfully yours Alison Stuart.

GoogleComplete shambles of an estate Agent, lied to us and no communication. Has cost us a small fortune jumping through hoops then panicked when he realised we are serious claiming a last minute offer has been accepted without even informing us. Caused massive upset to my family and left us potential homeless.

GoogleWe were recommended by a friend, and Rod really lived up to the reputation. Efficient, friendly and very experienced.

YellGreat service
Excellent personal service with a MD who went an extra mile to secure the best sale he could. We had another estate agent try to sell the property but eventually contacted McCrae and McCrae who did the needful.

GoogleExcellent estate agent service, they sold our property in lots and secured a very quick sale. We had been trying to sell our property for sometime with other estate agents who weren’t as effective.

TrustpilotNever deal with such unprofessional…
Never deal with such unprofessional company like that one . Promise to phone back and never did and ignore emails. They clearly have no intention to make deal with customers so how they can be still on market. Just one word - AVOID!
