Terrible experience from start to finish. Rented me an apartment with dog urine ava mold everywhere. Very slow to fix things during the tenancy. Kept my deposit at end for no reason.

100% would recommendWe just recently got our keys! I had an outstanding experience with Ronan Richardson (mortgage broker) from SherryFitz. He was always on the ball making the entire process smooth an efficient. The level of service provided was excellent and I highly recommend his service!

Keenly priced service. Accurate determination of the asking price relative to the expected selling price, which surpassed the asking price by about 12%. Very professional management of the viewings and queries. The online MySherryFitzgerald platform bidding system was transparent and most fair and we wish all estate agents used this system.

If there's a 0 start option, I'd definitely rate that as 0. They're not protecting tenant rights, very slow and not hands-on on the issues raised and basically they're acting like a roadblock rather than solution provider.I'd think twice if Sherry Fitzgerald is the agent for the property.
